Privacy policy

Effective 11 March 2026. Applies to the belitcg.com website and the Beli iPhone app.

This website

belitcg.com is a static website. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no comment forms and no advertising. It does not set cookies, and it does not run analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing you do here is recorded against you.

Card images are loaded from our own content delivery network at images.paytaktech.com. Like any web request, that means your browser's IP address reaches the server that serves the image; it is used to deliver the file and is not used to build a profile of you. Links to the App Store, TCGplayer and Instagram lead to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.

The Beli app

The sections below apply to the Beli app, developed and maintained by Erşah Atmaca.

1. Data collection and cloud sync

The app lets you sign in with your Apple or Google account to securely save and sync your digital trading card collections to the cloud. When you authenticate, we collect basic profile information — such as your email address and name — and an authentication token, solely for account management.

2. How we use your information

Cloud data. Your card scans, collections and preferences are securely backed up to our cloud servers so you can reach them from any of your devices.

Card identification. Card identification runs on your device: images are processed locally to extract card identifiers. Those identifiers are then used to look up market prices from third-party pricing APIs. No personal data and no images of your cards are sent to those pricing services.

3. No third-party data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties. Anything shared with pricing APIs is entirely anonymous.

4. Account and data deletion

You have full control over your data. You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time, directly from the settings menu inside the app.

5. Children's privacy

The app is not directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect or process data from users under 13.

6. Advertising and measurement

The app may ask for permission to track in order to measure the effectiveness of its advertising. This prompt is optional and the app works fully without it. If you decline, no tracking identifier is shared.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated as the website and the app evolve. Continued use signifies acceptance of any changes.
